For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38–39)
How does it make you feel to know that God—our everlasting Father—went to the most extreme lengths to have a relationship with you? There is nothing more important to him than being connected to you. You could never be separated from his love.
Read today’s Scripture a few times and sit with the idea that your perfect Father would do anything to be with you—to know and love you. Does this secure and unending love change how you see any of your current circumstances?
Father, it’s incredible knowing your love for me is the most reliable thing I could ever experience. Thank you that your love is a sure thing. Show me if there is an area of my life where I’m not living like it is.
